Florida Barbecue Co. & Catering Chief Pitmaster now offers cooking classes! You will learn about the ingredients and  preparation while getting hands-on learning experience from a professional! 

The price depends in part on what meat and style of food because of different cooking times. Basically, classes last approximately 3-4 hours and are $40 per hour plus food. The more people in the class, the higher the food cost, and the lower the price per hour. Please call us for more information and pricing.
